At MAX2MAX, we take immense pride in crafting elite, Master-Knit athletic gear. Because every single pair is 100% custom-made to your squad's exact specifications, our return and refund policies differ from standard off-the-rack retail stores. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the entirely customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for buyer's remorse. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changing your mind after production has started.
- Ordering the incorrect size or style length.
- Errors in spelling, logo placement, or design elements that were present in the digital proof you officially approved.
- Slight color variations between digital screens and physical pre-dyed yarns.
2. Order Cancellations & Modifications
We work fast to get your gear to you. After you complete the checkout process, our Design Team creates your digital proof. You may request modifications during the digital proofing stage.
However, once you confirm and approve the final digital proof via email, your order is immediately sent to our knitting facility. From that exact moment, the order cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.
3. The 14-Day Defect Guarantee
We stand by our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that falls short of our quality standards, you are fully protected by our 14-Day Defect Guarantee. To be eligible for a claim, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.
Valid claims include:
- Major Manufacturing Defects: Rips, tears, or unraveling upon arrival.
- Severe Sizing Errors: Dimensions that deviate from your specifications by more than our ± 1 inch (2.5cm) tolerance.
- Incorrect Delivery: Receiving a product that is entirely different from your approved digital proof.
4. Resolution: Refunds or Remakes
If your claim is validated by our Quality Assurance team, we offer two solutions to ensure your complete satisfaction:
- Option A: Full Refund (Payment Cancellation)
We will issue a full refund by canceling the transaction through your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Apple Pay). - Option B: Exact Remake
We will fast-track the production of your gear and ship a replacement order at 100% no cost to you.
The choice between a refund or a remake is entirely yours once the defect is confirmed.
5. Exclusions (What is Not Covered)
Our 14-Day Guarantee does not cover damages or issues resulting from:
- Improper Care: Damage caused by washing in hot water, using bleach, tumble drying, or ironing.
- Normal Wear & Tear: Abrasions or fabric degradation resulting from normal athletic use on the field.
- Design Nature: The natural woven appearance of complex logos translated into stitches.
6. How to File a Claim
If you believe you have received a defective 혹은 incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email contact@m2msocks.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos showing the defect.
- Review Process: Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days.
- Resolution: Upon approval, we will process your chosen solution (Refund or Remake) immediately.
