SHIPPING POLICY

At MAX2MAX, we believe that premium athletic gear deserves premium delivery. Our logistics network is engineered to get your custom Master-Knit socks from our production facility to your squad's locker room as securely and efficiently as possible.

1. 100% Free Global Express Shipping

We are proud to offer Free Global Express Shipping on all custom orders, regardless of the destination. We partner exclusively with world-class couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery:

  • North America: USPS / FedEx
  • Europe & UK: FedEx
  • Oceania & Asia: FedEx / EMS

2. The 3-4 Week Journey (Fulfillment Timeline)

Because every pair is custom-knitted from scratch based on your team's exact specifications, our total fulfillment cycle takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Here is the breakdown of your order's journey:

  • Design Proofing (1-3 Business Days): After payment, our MAX2MAX Design Team creates and emails your digital proof.
  • Approval Window (Up to 3 Days): You review and confirm the design. Production begins strictly after your final approval.
  • Production & Quality Assurance (2 Weeks): Your gear undergoes precision knitting, manufacturing, and full-scale quality control inspection at our facility.
  • Global Express Transit (1 Week): Fast door-to-door delivery with real-time tracking.

Note: Because we ship globally, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Please plan your orders accordingly if you have an upcoming season or tournament.

3. Zero Hidden Fees (Customs & Duties Included)

Our Zero Option Policy extends to our shipping operations. The flat rate you pay at checkout ($7.90 or $8.90 per pair) is the final price. We cover 100% of all international shipping costs, local import duties (Customs), and VAT. You will never receive an unexpected bill or hidden freight charge when your package arrives.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as the 2-week production and inspection phase is complete and your goods are handed over to the courier, we will immediately send a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this code to monitor your package's journey in real-time via the courier's official website.

5. Changing the Delivery Address

We understand that team logistics can change. Address updates are fully permitted before your order is shipped. Simply notify our support team via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Email with your order number and the new address.

However, once the goods have been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to change the delivery address. Any redirection requests after dispatch must be handled directly between the customer and the courier, and may incur additional fees applied by the courier.

6. Delays and Delivery Issues

While we rely on the most trusted express couriers, international shipments can occasionally experience delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or unexpected customs inspections (Force Majeure). Our support team actively monitors shipments, but we do not offer cancellations or compensation for delays caused by the courier.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but cannot be found, please contact the courier immediately. MAX2MAX is not liable for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
