We provide 100% Free Global Express Shipping on all custom orders. To ensure your elite gear reaches your squad safely and quickly, we exclusively utilize premium global couriers: EMS, FedEx, and USPS.
The total fulfillment cycle takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks. This carefully managed timeline includes up to 1 week for design proofing and final approval, 2 weeks for Master-Knit production and rigorous quality control, and 1 week for international transit.
As soon as the production and quality inspection phase is complete and your goods are dispatched, we will immediately send a shipping confirmation email containing your unique courier tracking number.
Absolutely. The price you pay at checkout is the final price. We cover 100% of all shipping costs, local import duties (Customs), and VAT. You will absolutely never receive an unexpected bill or hidden fee.
Yes, address updates are fully permitted before your order is shipped. Simply notify us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Email. However, please note that once the goods have been dispatched and handed over to the courier, we are unable to change the delivery address.
