TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to MAX2MAX. By accessing our website or purchasing our fully custom-made athletic gear, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Because our products are 100% made-to-order based on your specific instructions, please read these terms carefully before proceeding to checkout.

1. Custom Orders & Minimums

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our strict minimum order is 20 pairs per exact specification (same design, size, and length). If you require multiple sizes or styles, each variation must meet the 20-pair minimum.
  • Order Modifications: Because production is strictly custom-made, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once payment is processed and the final design proof is approved.

2. Design Proof & Approval Responsibility

After you submit your order via our 3D Simulator, our Design Team will email you a digital proof within 1-3 business days.

  • Production is executed entirely based on the final approved digital proof.
  • It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify all details (logo placement, spelling, colors, sizes). We do not accept returns, refunds, or remakes for errors (e.g., typos, wrong logo size) that were present and approved in the final proof.
  • Emails or order notes requesting changes will not be valid unless they are explicitly reflected in the final approved digital proof image.

3. Pricing & No Hidden Fees

Our Zero Option Policy ensures complete transparency. We charge a flat rate of $7.90 (Ankle, Quarter, Crew) or $8.90 (Knee High, Over The Knee) per pair. This price includes 100% Free Global Express Shipping, all import duties (Customs), and VAT. Exceptions: If you select multi-color embroidery for your logo instead of standard knitting, a flat $30 setup fee will be added to your total order.

4. Manufacturing Tolerances

While we pride ourselves on elite precision, certain variances are inherent to the custom textile manufacturing process:

  • Color Matching: We use pre-dyed yarns selected from our 50-color palette. While we match your digital hex codes as closely as possible, colors on backlit digital screens may appear slightly different from physical yarns. Remakes based on minor color variances are not permitted.
  • Size Variances: All items are Master-Knitted. Due to the nature of woven textiles and heat processing, a size variance of ± 1 inch (approx. 2.5cm) is considered standard and is not eligible for warranty claims.
  • Logo Details: Woven (knitted) logos are created stitch-by-stitch, which gives a naturally "pixelated" athletic look. We cannot guarantee the exact sharpness of a flat digital print, as we use superior, non-peeling woven technology.

5. Shipping & Delays

  • Timeline: Our standard fulfillment cycle is approximately 3-4 weeks. Because we ship globally via EMS, FedEx, and USPS, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Delays caused by customs or weather are outside our control. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or compensation for delayed shipments.
  • Address Errors: If a package is returned to us or held due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or due to absence, a reshipping fee may apply.

6. Warranty, Defects & Returns

Because every item is fully customized for your team, we do not offer refunds or returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., "I don't like the color," "It doesn't fit my exact preference").

  • Warranty Period: Claims for manufacturing defects or severe sizing errors (exceeding our ± 1 inch tolerance) must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Resolution: If a valid defect is confirmed, we will replace the defective items with an exact remake of the original order (same quantity, same design). Refunds are strictly not permitted.
  • Wash & Care: Defects caused by improper care (e.g., washing in hot water, using bleach, tumble drying, ironing) void all warranties.

7. Marketing & Media Rights

By ordering from MAX2MAX, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use photos, images, and videos of your custom-made products for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and exhibitions. This may include displaying your team name or logo. If you wish to opt-out of this, please notify us in writing before finalizing your order.

Customers must ensure they hold the legal right (copyright/trademark) to use the logos provided to us. MAX2MAX bears no responsibility for copyright infringement disputes arising from customer-uploaded designs.
